The pay could be better. But it isn't the fault of the company. They work really hard to ensure that we are heard at the MN state legislature.

Management provides guidance and expectations without micromanaging the details. They hire you to do a job and trust that you will get it done. Taking PTO is easy. Benefit offerings are good.... Not super awesome but pretty decent for private sector work. Opportunity for advancement if you pursue it.
Parent company forces odd policies like using G Suite instead of Office 365, even though both are currently available for us to use. No formal training for new hires. You will need to be proactive... and seek out what you need to learn.
Advice to Management
You are on WEX's leash and we get that. However, please fight for things that make the most sense for the company as much as you can. People like it here because you do a good job. Pleas keep it that... way.
