Featured Review

Former Employee - Senior Consultant

I worked at CGN Global full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

- There are challenging projects and very smart team members - Provides great experience and some chance for professional development - A lot of opportunity to bring your ideas forward and make... change

Cons

- Inconsistent leadership starts internal initiatives but does not follow through - Work/life balance can be challenging while working on projects with tight timelines

Current Employee - Senior Accountant

I have been working at Pekin Insurance full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

- great benefits - wonderful culture - management creates opportunities for advancement and actually cares to see you follow through and grow

Cons

- the "flex time" in certain departments could use a little work... it's not very "flexing" when there's a "can't be earlier than" stipulation on arriving and leaving during the season that isn't as... busy.
