Current Employee - Assembly Line Worker

I have been working at CH2M-WG full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Continual training that teaches importance of safe work.

Cons

Lot's of union employees who think they deserve to be employed. Sometimes it's like being at an adult daycare.

Advice to Management

Give managers more support in disciplining poor performing employees.

Former Intern - Anonymous Intern

I worked at CH2M Hill Plateau Remediation for less than a year

Pros

Good work environment and culture, great people. Mentors, coworkers, and manager provided plenty of opportunities for an intern to pursue individual projects as well as develop engineering expertise.

Cons

Remote location w/ long commute from town, limited dining options
