Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at CIBC full-time

Pros

Great group of people on my team Direct management is great Fairly flexible, with WFH when needed LOTS to learn, and a lot of opportinity for growth. The bank really encourages internal moves.

Cons

Upper-senior management sometimes is disconnected Pay isn't up to standard with other banks

Current Employee - Global Markets Analyst

I have been working at RBC full-time for less than a year

Pros

Good leadership which trickles down into all areas of business

Cons

Some areas of the firm are stronger than others
