I have been working at CIBC full-time

Pros

Great group of people on my team Direct management is great Fairly flexible, with WFH when needed LOTS to learn, and a lot of opportinity for growth. The bank really encourages internal moves.

Cons

Upper-senior management sometimes is disconnected Pay isn't up to standard with other banks

Cons

need to push yourself sometimes to improve on your own.
