Featured Review

Current Employee - Surety Underwriter

I have been working at CNA full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Goal oriented and strong underwriting company with reasonable expectations.

Cons

Systems, not all but some.

"Senior Manager"Sep 3, 2015

Former Employee - Senior Manager

I worked at Liberty Lutheran full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

This is a wonderful place to work with a lot of wonderful people. They help so many people from seniors and children and families. The staff really are committed and do a wonderful job.

Cons

It is challenging at times to manage such a complex organization especially in the ever changing world of funders, etc. Recruitment and retention can be a challenge at times as well.

Advice to Management

Continue to reward those that make the businesses run on a daily basis. If you support them they will in turn provide excellent support to the consumers.
