I have been working at CO-OP Financial Services

Pros

CO-OP is a wonderful organization that values it's people and promotes internal movement and growth opportunities for employees. Great benefits as well!

Cons

This is a growing company which means there is a lot of change. If you don't like changes then this might be a con. I view change as a good thing that allows for professional growth!

Current Employee - Senior Recruiter

I have been working at Niagara Bottling full-time for less than a year

Pros

I have worked for several companies that say they see value in their employees ideas, but Niagara truly does this in a way that constantly blows my mind! They encourage and facilitate collaboration... and creativity. They listen to the ideas of those on the front lines of various aspects of the business. They see value in their people and utilize their talents to impact the business.

Cons

If you don’t like a fast pace, this place isn’t for you. Niagara is going places!

Advice to Management

Continue encouraging teamwork and collaboration. Continue investing in your associates.
