Looked at as a pain rather than help sometimes.

- Flexibility with hours - Clinical training hours that count towards CEUs - Trauma focus treatment and training - Supportive Co-workers and Directors - Weekly Supervison - Clinical Supervison... towards licensure

- Salary but there is the option for loan forgiveness as its nonprofit agency
