The team is very dynamic with a lot of expertise in all areas of digital marketing so there are plenty of opportunities to develop your skills. There is a good enough work/life balance, some... flexibility in terms of starting and finishing times, snacks and a games room.
Cons
The office is in Leatherhead, 20 minutes away from the station, so if you're commuting from London it might be a bit difficult.
Advice to Management
Keep investing in talent and technology as you have built a strong foundation
