Pros

The company actually listens and cares about you as a human being. Ideas, values, and opinions actually climb up the ladder and one can see good changes being implemented throughout entire company.... Supervisors are among the best I have ever come across while working in this industry. The opportunities to advance in as soon as 6 months to 1 year are unending. So many departments to navigate and promotions to be had. Benefits day one. Eyes, dental included.

Cons

I wish PTO accrued more quickly, but this is typical for most jobs. Easter should be paid for and closed entirely. Major holidays should be paid for and business should be closed. Should be optional... to work OT on the major holidays. Why are we open on the most important day of the year, Easter? God should come before money. 365 days a year and the few major holidays should be paid for and business should be open only for those that want OT. I am proud the company finally decided to be closed for Thanksgiving (with pay), but even Easter is more important than that. The company can afford to close it's door for what is it, 9 major holidays a year? I feel the job could easily being starting folks out at $22/hr, but still $18 is a good start and you can move up quickly.
