Current Employee - Field Technician

I have been working at Glow Networks full-time for less than a year

Pros

Opportunity for growth, leadership, mobility.

Cons

Shady contract employees. Everyone seems to want to get one over on the company then complain about how they didn’t succeed in screwing them over.

Advice to Management

Get recruiting to hire better people. Seems like the people they brought on when projects kick off are overall shady people. They want to charge 8 hours for a terribly built site that only took them... two hours then complain about 12 dollars that didn’t get paid to them. I mean come on they just gave you 6 free hours for a job that took 2. Also expenses are generally handed out fairly. Most people just try to get one over on the system. These individuals are ones that ruin opportunities for others.
