Featured Review

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at CVS Health full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Exposed to many different aspects of retail, such as: customer service, cashier, merchandising, ordering, back office, employee relations. I worked at CVS for 10 years, starting as a cashier and... working my way up to Assistant Manager. Lots of room for growth. I had a great store manager, as well, so that may make a difference. I highly recommend working here, especially for someone looking for a first job or someone wanting to working in supervising/management.

Cons

Working hours could be an inconvenience as weekends, evenings and holidays are required. The store I worked for was open 24 hours, even on holidays.

Advice to Management

Nothing to add.

Former Employee - Domestic Condom Distribution Manager 2010

I worked at AIDS Healthcare Foundation full-time for more than a year

Pros

Pros: the environment is always positive, they are very inclusiveness, growth opportunities, supportive Senior management, competitive salaries,

Cons

Cons: at times a disconnect among the various departments within the organization. But they work hard at changing any of those barriers.

Advice to Management

Allow for employees to own and personalize the services they offer via their job positions. All while staying within the organization goals.
