Benefits are good Paid vacations Transfer to other locations

Certain holidays not observe. I really can’t think of any cons

Pros

We have good benefits, 401K Match, and good training within to take advantage while in company. Flexible work arrangements and good old fashioned managers.

Cons

Sometimes too big of a corporation to get procedures changed but can suggest changes anytime.
