The humans at Cadient are among the best I have ever worked with.

Cons

The parent company, Cognizant, struggles to stay human. I feel sorry for Cogs who don't work with Cadientites.

You will feel supported from day 1. Work hard, and you will eventually be rewarded for your commitment and service. It's a friendly workplace with a nice work-life balance.

Cons

No bonus structure. Sometimes insignificant increases.
