★★★★★
I have been working at California Department of State Hospitals full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
high salary, unlimited overtime, safe, easiest money, you get paid to babysit adults who can mostly take care of themselves
Cons
you might get punched or beat up by patients, it can be difficult to work in close proximity with other nurses and psych techs. Your supervisors and even the nursing coordinators are psych techs.
