Current Employee - Maintenance Technician

I have been working at Camden Property Trust full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

This is the best company you can work for. Treat employees like family members, Great Benefits, Always giving back to the community and the most important you are just more than an employee

Cons

You wont regret coming on board!

Advice to Management

Do not change anything because what you have in place is what makes me come to work everyday. Thank you for always treating employees like family members.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Cortland full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

Core values and focus is centered around people- from the impressive decisions that are made on behalf of the residents to the individualistic approach towards associates' career paths. The company-... despite impressive growth- stays fresh, innovative and continously evolving. Most importantly, however, it still has a "family" feel. The culture remains strong, vibrant, fun and exciting.

Cons

Nothing that you wouldn't find in any large workplace. Every company is going to have its share of negativity, different leadership styles (some more effective than others), inconsistencies etc. But... I'll keep any of the "cons" around in order to enjoy all the pros.
