Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Cancer Care Ontario full-time

Pros

Many project opportunities, get to work with cross-functional teams. Members are very collaborative and intelligent

Cons

Too hierarchical, very top heavy organization. Too many review cycles for each document/process which increases the time it takes to launch projects

Advice to Management

Change the hierarchy structure, more opportunities for people to make decisions, less checking at every level, more autonomy

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Duke Clinical Research Institute full-time for more than a year

Pros

Leadership, work/ home life balance, benefits

Cons

Systems are a little outdated

Advice to Management

Continue to listen to employee feedback.
