I have been working at PEC Safety full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Despite the rapid growth, there is a sense of community that permeates the culture. Friendly exchanges between acquaintances and strangers in the hallways are as common as the results-driven hard... work performed by each employee.

Cons

Clarity of goals has been an issue in the past. However, leadership has been much more transparent and consistent when speaking about the current status of the company and future plans.

Advice to Management

Improvement in communication is key. We already have extremely talented people in critical positions, now we need to get them all on the same page as individual departments work toward the common... company goal.
