"Good Company"Feb 1, 2016

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at CapitaLand full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

1) Very detail oriented 2) Business is very stable 3) Good working environment and friendly colleagues

Cons

The salary are not increased as fast as other international real estate companies

Advice to Management

Taking more risk to gain more profit share globally. Have a better way to keep the smart and hard working people stay in the company.

Old mindsets still persist and resistant to transformation efforts.

Be bold in change management
