Capital One was a phenomenal place to work; the leadership team is hands down one of the very best at Strategy so the company is not afraid of prioritizing hard problems that matter. The only old... line company to fully transition into the cloud the company is customer centered and obsessed with heading in the right direction.
A complex regulatory environment does add some friction to the day to day processes; however a culture that assumes positive intent, is forward thinking, and consensus driven help teams to make... progress.

Leadership quality, in this company, is unusual in my experience. Company focused, for the good of all, however, inspire a family-like culture.
Lack of flexibility for start and end times per day. Everyone starts at eight and ends at five. This lack of flexibility leads to mass incoming and outgoing for job site. A perpetual traffic jam in... parking lot and elevator usage.
Advice to Management
When there is an error noted by an employee, please address the issue with additional training, direction to specific employees Please do not make this error, a training opportunity for all... employees, where the error did not occur. The continuation of reminders, almost daily, seems an overload to the responsibilities in mind. Please do not correct 99% of the employees when less than 1% of employees, is where the error has occurred. Does the pattern of error support rare or pronounced?
