Featured Review

I have been working at CarMax

Pros

Great benefits , really easy to become successful, honestly the review says average 30k , my first full year I made 55k and I’m currently in one of the tougher markets.

Cons

Really up and down , UPS list can be pretty deep at times , company changes way to often and some changes are unnecessary .

Advice to Management

Work on inter communication within management groups , just so all managers have one thing of getting things done rather then a few different ways.

Current Employee - Senior Vice President, Senior Product Manager

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Flexible, a lot of opportunities to move around and learn, caring leadership

Cons

People are people - good and bad anywhere you go, but mostly good intentioned
