Featured Review

Current Employee - Inventory Management Coordinator

I have been working at Cardinal Health full-time for more than a year

Pros

The environment is comfortable (Temperature controlled warehouse) and the culture is excellent. Everyone tries as much as possible to work as a team.

Cons

The pay is not great but the benefits are nice

Advice to Management

Continue investing more into your employees and you will see dividends.

Former Employee - Project Coordinator

I worked at Boehringer Ingelheim full-time for less than a year

Pros

Nice, intelligent people who expect follow thru

Cons

In St. Joseph, MO, contractors treated differently by management, lots of red tape, management oversite in Germany and standards set by them do not translate well to US

Advice to Management

Include the people doing the work/jobs in the meetings, create a way to utilize the the best ideas not overseas management policies
