Current Employee - Recruiter

Pros

So far am experiencing a phenomenal culture at work, impeccably organized, thorough training, friendly and very welcoming people. Pay is the best I’ve come across for an extra level recruiter. 48k... base plus commission (not sure how much commission yet). Work expectation is typical 8 hour day (at least at my level), not insane hours!!

Cons

Have not experienced any cons yet. I have noticed some coworkers talking about how the company is growing very fast and it’s hard to keep up, but that’s a good problem to have.

Current Employee - Director

Pros

Extreme Networks has an amazing culture of diversity and inclusion. The employees and management are enthusiastic and supportive, and the company growth is phenomenal. The flexible work environment... is also a real advantage for those who are trying to balance home and work life.

Cons

Health insurance is more expensive than other companies I've been with.
