"Awesome Job"Aug 26, 2018

Former Employee - Server/Bartender/Chef/Dishwasher/Table Tender

I worked at Carino's Italian Grill full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great place to make great tips, be a part of a family, and advance from entry positions

Cons

Some managers don't do there jobs right, crack head coworkers undependable

Advice to Management

Relax and don't be so uptight it's just a job for kids to make money for college or even a job for people who have made mistakes. Smile more gripe less, after all you're getting paid more anyways.

"Opportunity"Sep 5, 2018

Former Employee - Machine Operator

I worked at ResourceOne full-time for more than a year

Pros

company is growing all the time. When I left they were starting a training program that will help lots of people in the beginning. new people are starting at $12 with no experience. many... opporutnities to be promoted and they review you three times in one year.

Cons

standing on your feet for long hours.

Advice to Management

more time off.
