"Awesome Job"Aug 26, 2018

Former Employee - Server/Bartender/Chef/Dishwasher/Table Tender

I worked at Carino's Italian Grill full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great place to make great tips, be a part of a family, and advance from entry positions

Cons

Some managers don't do there jobs right, crack head coworkers undependable

Advice to Management

Relax and don't be so uptight it's just a job for kids to make money for college or even a job for people who have made mistakes. Smile more gripe less, after all you're getting paid more anyways.

"Line Cook"Nov 11, 2015

I have been working at Texas Land and Cattle

Pros

Nice atmosphere. Steady wages during summer months.

Cons

Slow during off months of winter.
