Pros

Global, Travel, Culture and most of all the People. Technology stack is good and in 2018/2019 major Digital Transformation. Kubernetes, HashiCorp, Ansible, GitHub, Terraform, Cloud, Agile, Lean..., Jira, Cisco, much much more...

Cons

At the moment, nada. Huge IT Investments happening, which are great for engineers!
