Former Employee - Technical Analyst

I worked at Carnival full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Management does a good job at keeping employees engaged and motivated. You get to visit the ships while docked on the ports. Working at Carnival is Fun even for IT

Cons

Too many meetings, little time to get work done. Very slow movement on technology. Projects take too long to finish.

Great home time, small company environment with the benefits of a large company, pay is good for the work.
