I have been working at CaseStack full-time for less than a year

Pros

Great company culture, fellow employees are extraordinarily helpful and always willing to show new people the ropes. Non-competitive environment where everyone is working to make the company better.... All opinions are welcome and nobody is looking to undercut others to get ahead. I've worked in a variety of fields since college including military and this is what I was always hoping to find post military. It is not uncommon to find the CEO walking around talking to the lowest level associates. Managers know how to lead-this is incredibly important, you will not find this elsewhere. I am extremely familiar with leadership techniques and this is very seldom seen in Supply Chain Management.

Cons

You're not going to get paid a lot of money, don't expect that. But the flexibility and the environment well more than make up for this shortcoming. You will be working in cubicles but they might... as well take down the barriers, they do not prevent people from making friends and communicating.

Advice to Management

Continue doing what you're doing. Keep investing in the employees and helping them to succeed.

"LOVE MY JOB!!!!"Apr 17, 2018

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Mitchell Communications Group full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Feeling appreciated on a daily basis for the work you do. My job has changed over the last 3 years a lot compared to what I was originally hired to do. To me, that is a good thing. The executive... committee and senior leadership team has assisted me in developing a level of confidence in myself that I have never experienced at any other job. They also make me feel that my opinion is worth something and appreciate the input I provide. It took about 10 years in my career to find my "fit" and be happy to come to work everyday and get to work with some amazing people!! If you put in the work and the dedication, you get it back 10 fold.

Cons

Work life balance can be a challenge at times, but this is true at any job. I never feel like I am in it alone. When help is needed, leadership has always stepped up and done what they can.

Advice to Management

Keep it up!!
