Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Castle & Cooke full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great benefits, medical starts on the 1st day of the month after you are hired and the 401k matching contribution is vested immediately.

Cons

Corporate culture is work overload, no life. The tax department micromanages, plays favorites, and often yells at lower level employees. No room for growth.

Advice to Management

Allow employees to determine their own schedule.

Current Employee - Loan Officer Assistant

I have been working at Citywide Home Loans full-time for less than a year

Pros

I have recently just started to work at Citywide and it has been great! Since day one everyone has been very helpful! From upper manager to coworkers! All departments respond right back when you have... a question! Even though I am new, I already feel valued as an employee! Also, hourly rate is higher than average for entry level positions.

Cons

None at the moment. Everything has been great so far

Advice to Management

Keep up making your employees valued. Its key to success!
