Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Castle & Cooke full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great benefits, medical starts on the 1st day of the month after you are hired and the 401k matching contribution is vested immediately.

Cons

Corporate culture is work overload, no life. The tax department micromanages, plays favorites, and often yells at lower level employees. No room for growth.

Advice to Management

Allow employees to determine their own schedule.

"Amazing Company"Nov 20, 2020

Former Employee - MOrtgage Loan Originator

I worked at JLL full-time

Pros

If you can work in commercial real estate with this company you can for an company in the world.

Cons

Pay is a little light for the level of professional conduct that is involved.

Advice to Management

Don't ignore highly motivated individuals for management just because the couldn't afford to go to a great college to get a degree. Most highly successful multi million dollar producers only have a... high school diploma.
