I worked at Catholic Charities USA for less than a year

Pros

Opportunities for personal growth where you have limited supervision. Able to decide what one does day to day without too much input.

Cons

Have to be okay without having constant delineated tasks. Everyone is so busy that you have to decide things for yourself consistently.
