Former Intern - Intern

I worked at Celgene for less than a year

Pros

-great company culture -good work-life balance

Cons

-small company -now bought by BMS

Current Employee - Data Team

I have been working at Concerto HealthAI full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The company is growing rapidly, with new business/clients outpacing hires (for the moment) which is a great opportunity for current and new hires to go after the areas of the business that they are... most passionate about and wear more hats! The working style is very flexible and remote-friendly (depending on your specific situation and responsibilities). The health-tech industry is the place to be and the office location can't be beat.

Cons

A definite con is the growth rate of the business without the accompanying hires. It can feel a bit chaotic at times and inevitably, there are tasks that fall on your plate that you would rather not... do (but I think this is true of all start-ups to some extent).

Advice to Management

Focus on hiring. Spread the brand and the mission of the company more - because improving cancer patient outcomes is a wonderful goal! A focus on promoting more team cohesiveness and closeness within... the office also would not hurt.
