Compare Centura Health vs UCHealth

Pros

Caring managers, open door policy, great benefits, college reimbursement, opportunities to grow- above all the culture of Centura was the best I’ve ever experienced. I miss working for them I only... left because I had a baby and had the opportunity to stay home with him instead of working during these previous years.

Cons

Not many, it took a while to get pay increases but Centura really surprised me in their recent compensation raises. Coworkers could sometimes be challenging, drama and jealousy of other clinics- but... this was not something unique to Centura I have seen this at other employers when you get a bunch of women together unfortunately.

Pros

UCHealth supports professional nursing practice. Nurses have a lot of opportunity to influence care. I work with smart, kind, and hard working people!

Cons

Large organization can be tough to navigate HR hiring process. While I feel connected to my colleagues in my department, it’s hard to feel connected beyond that since it’s such a large organization.
