Current Employee - Exceptional Children Teacher

I have been working at Charter Schools USA full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

The instructional design and educator opportunities go far beyond the cookie cutter of traditional public schools.

Cons

The salary scale does not reward veterans vs. beginning teachers.

Advice to Management

To Charter Schools USA: pay your teachers for experience and educational level! It is obvious that your business model contributes to experienced teacher turnover.
