Pros
Best things about working for Cherokee is the benefits and the people. There is a rich culture of loyalty, respect and honor with Cherokee Nation. There is room to develop different skill sets and... help with higher education.
Cons
It is tough sometimes because of the different businesses within Cherokee that policies and procedures aren't uniform across all businesses. The attendance policy and Kronos timekeeping is what makes... it difficult to maintain workers because it is too easy to miss work.
