Current Intern - Geoscience Intern

I have been working at Chesapeake Energy for less than a year

Pros

Working environment is great. Enough working spaces and parking spaces. People are friendly. Close to Whole Food and Trader Joe's

Cons

Base salaries are not that competitive.

"Plant Engineer"Oct 26, 2019

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Flint Hills Resources full-time for more than a year

Pros

Strong safety, environmental, and development culture. Good people and quality process drive the refinery.

Cons

Bonus structure meant you rarely had any control on the outcome as the whole plant was grouped as one.
