Current Employee - RN Staff Nurse

I have been working at Children's Health full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Great place to work! The culture of the hospital is truly making life better for children.

Cons

None! Benefits aren't great and insurance costs are high but thats the only downside.

Current Employee - Medical Assistant Clinic Coordinator

I have been working at Methodist Health System full-time for more than a year

Pros

The energy of the people Diversity among people Shared leadership Educational opportunities Employee recognition Family-first mentality Patient wellness focused

Cons

Pay isn't as much as other hospitals, but it's not bad Most people who work here have a certain awesome vibe, but not everyone. The negative energy from those people can reflect poorly on an entire... unit or team Benefits are okay

Advice to Management

Keep doing great work.
