Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Childress Klein full-time for more than a year

Pros

They hire the best, and allow them the freedom, flexibility and resources to do their job. (Many companies like to say they do this, but this one actually does.) Employees who are self- motivated,... and take the initiative to go the extra mile are rewarded - praise is often, and makes you feel incredibly valued and appreciated. They do promote within when possible - so keep that in mind as you look at your long term career goals. If this is your first job out of college, you have lucked out and hit the jackpot.

Cons

Work is often in silos, offer more employee gatherings so different divisions can interact with each other.

Advice to Management

Consider re-working job applications so the skills you look for in talent work for you currently, but also in the future I.e. where you see that employee progressing. Health insurance could be... better and more progressive. This is the first company that I have had to pay for my own insurance.

Former Employee - Technical Support Representative

I worked at ImagineSoftware full-time for more than a year

Pros

Loved working here and I've gained so much new knowledge in my field since working here. Catered lunch, free healthcare and company events every month to hang out and get to know other coworkers.... Would definitely have to say Imagine is one of the best companies I've worked for.

Cons

The only reason I left was there was no room for advancement within the company at the time. No other complaints.
