Former Employee - Senior Underwriter

I worked at Chubb full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great products and services offered to the marketplace.

Cons

Integration and ability to build one culture from two different companies

Former Employee - IT Help Desk Support

I worked at DeVry University part-time for more than a year

Pros

Pros include camaraderie, kind-hearted, supportive, and driven to provide great support/service to our faculty and students

Cons

The only downside is that there's not a lot of benefits but that's because it's a work-study job

Advice to Management

Tweak the benefits just a bit
