Featured Review

Current Employee - Regional Sales Director

I have been working at Church & Dwight full-time

Pros

Evergreen growth model, iconic brands, market cap appreciation, strong culture, strong incentive comp programs with a long track record of exceeding expectations, therefore strong overall comp... program.

Cons

Financially driven, leveraged P&L, Base pay at market medians (incentive comp opportunities put it above market but takes a couple of years to get into cadence).

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing. Invest in manufacturing and systems for future growth.

Current Employee - Innovation Manager

I have been working at BASF full-time

Pros

Deep commitment to people, sustainability, and innovation.

Large company and can, at times, be overly complex and bureaucratic.
