Former Employee - Facility Services Sales Representative

I worked at Cintas full-time for more than a year

Pros

TOP Notch Conpany. Training is 2nd to none. Sales Reps are HIGHLY Recruited Tonhihjer paying jobs because of the amazing training they put you through!

Cons

They are “spartan” and don’t like to spend money on certain things. Taking clients out etc. That’s the only thing I can think of. Great company.

Former Employee - Brand Manager

I worked at MRP full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Cons

Bad Communication between Departments Typical Sales Culture

Advice to Management

I think this company has so much untapped potential and is a great spot to gain very useful experience. As long as senior management begins to align better with lower management, this company will... reach its potential and then some. I grew so much as a person and professional in my three years at MRP. I took advantage of the wealth of resources provided, worked hard, and my superiors were there for me every step of the way. Start hiring account executives who are willing to work hard, learn about technology, and view this company as a springboard to a great future in IT sales/marketing. Stop hiring kids who are just looking for a 9-5, and are barely qualified, and the company culture will shift to something more exciting and dynamic.
