Pros

Citadel has changed my life in all aspects. I’ve never had the perks that Citadel provides me. (Breakfast, lunch, dinner’s, Ubers to and from work, multiple monthly events + swag given). In simple... terms it’s work hard play hard. You’re well compensated for you work.. some may say it’s long hours but if you’re good at what you do.. you can fix it.. plus 4 weeks of vacation + holidays and personal on top.. cmon? This can go on and on but thank you for everything!

Cons

Too many changes - I don’t want to lose my job. Honestly I don’t know how long my job will last. I’d like to stay here till the end of my career.
