Featured Review

Current Employee - KYC Senior Analyst

I have been working at Citi full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

We have good benefits, 401K Match, and good training within to take advantage while in company. Flexible work arrangements and good old fashioned managers.

Cons

Sometimes too big of a corporation to get procedures changed but can suggest changes anytime.

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work.

Current Employee - Executive Assistant

I have been working at Venrock full-time for more than a year

Pros

So many but here are a few: you can bring your dogs to work, snacks galore, brilliant happy people, camaraderie among the EAs, gym reimbursement, work from home days and the list goes on.

Cons

Traffic getting to and from Palo Alto can be a nightmare on the 101

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing cause it's obviously working!
