Featured Review

Current Employee - Digital Transformation

I have been working at Citizens Bank full-time for less than a year

Pros

Leaders have done a great job to unshackle talent to do things many would have previously not imagined. Innovative focus with a heavy emphasis on CX and Design Thinking make this an exciting time to... be a Citizen!

Cons

Playing a little catch up with some tools and processes, but at least the need is acknowledged and movement is happening

Advice to Management

Let's all be a little more scrappy in our approach - there really isn't anything we can't do, and plowing through roadblocks to get things done really excites the team

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Limestone Bank full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Opportunity to learn and advance. Great work environment and team. Management invests in employees.

Cons

Could work on offering better healthcare benefits

Advice to Management

Keep up the good work!
