Featured Review

Current Employee - Digital Transformation

I have been working at Citizens Bank full-time for less than a year

Pros

Leaders have done a great job to unshackle talent to do things many would have previously not imagined. Innovative focus with a heavy emphasis on CX and Design Thinking make this an exciting time to... be a Citizen!

Cons

Playing a little catch up with some tools and processes, but at least the need is acknowledged and movement is happening

Advice to Management

Let's all be a little more scrappy in our approach - there really isn't anything we can't do, and plowing through roadblocks to get things done really excites the team

Current Employee - Admissions Counselor

I have been working at Phoenix House full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Hours, management, program director, team environment, growth encouragement.

Cons

Residential treatment can be emotionally draining
