Current Employee - Sales

I have been working at Citrix full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

I've been with the company for 6+ years and while it's not all be roses I can honestly say that I've experience tremendous personal and professional growth in my role(s) at Citrix. I started as a SDR... and have worked my way up and there's very few companies out there that promote from within like Citrix.

Cons

It can be a grind, but what sales role isn't?

Advice to Management

Listen to employees at every level.

Consultant

I worked at Inek Technologies

Pros

Management generally supports their consultants in terms of training or financially when they need it. They have relatively strong network / connections in JAVA projects. They accommodate their... consultants while training.

Cons

They have very poor network / connections with SAP projects. Almost none. They are also poor in training organization for SAP.

Advice to Management

I'd suggest the management simply give up on recruiting SAP consultants and invest on them, unless they improve their connections /network with SAP projects/ implementations.
