Current Employee - Sales

I have been working at Citrix full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

I've been with the company for 6+ years and while it's not all be roses I can honestly say that I've experience tremendous personal and professional growth in my role(s) at Citrix. I started as a SDR... and have worked my way up and there's very few companies out there that promote from within like Citrix.

Cons

It can be a grind, but what sales role isn't?

Advice to Management

Listen to employees at every level.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at Temenos full-time for more than a year

Pros

- Fair pay, great benefits, flexible workdays, work-from-home as needed, very nice office - Overall a really wonderful array of co-workers spanning from the Receptionist to the VP, haven't... encountered any office politics or drama - Crash course learning the technical side, hands-on training with senior team members - Clients have always treated me well and were patient early on - Temenos is transparent with communication from upper management and encourages employees to join the conversation - Company-provided laptop with a nice workstation at the office - Direct management has an open-door policy and has always been respectful when raising questions/concerns

Cons

- Minimal communication between Client Support & Development, mainly because they're on opposite ends of the office - Caseloads can be overwhelming at times but that is expected - Little effort... from management to encourage separate departments to interact, but introducing yourself to people around the office has only benefited me. Those who don't leave their desk feel left out.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing, the average employee really appreciates their ability to speak directly to management at a moment's notice. Maybe find ways to encourage different departments to... socialize - might benefit overall morale outside each departments direct team.
