Current Employee - Sales

I have been working at Citrix full-time for more than 5 years

Pros

I've been with the company for 6+ years and while it's not all be roses I can honestly say that I've experience tremendous personal and professional growth in my role(s) at Citrix. I started as a SDR... and have worked my way up and there's very few companies out there that promote from within like Citrix.

Cons

It can be a grind, but what sales role isn't?

Advice to Management

Listen to employees at every level.

Current Employee - US Administrative

I have been working at simPRO Software full-time for less than a year

Pros

-excellent culture: leadership actually values employees, their ideas and growth -fun! sure, work gets stressful and busy, but we enjoy one another and what we do -work-life balance actually... exists! we don't stress about having to make appointments or getting burned out

Cons

-growing pains, but they're addressed by leadership as simPRO grows

Advice to Management

KEEP IT UP!
