I worked at Woodinville Fire and Life Safety District part-time for less than a year

Pros

They are a great bunch of people and are always looking out for their coworkers. The enjoy having a good time while still getting the job done. They are firefighters, so they have incredible... problem-solving and skills and are always willing to help others solve their problems.

Cons

For this particular job, stopping on the side of a busy road everyone 50 feet can be quite stressful, especially when the shoulders are nearly non-existent.

Advice to Management

I realize the job itself is fairly simple, but that does allow for people to not take it seriously and slack off. Maybe finding a way to assure yourselves that the interviewees will take the job... seriously and devote themselves to it would be a helpful and worthwhile investment.
