Current Employee - Office Support

I have been working at Clayco full-time for more than a year

Pros

Great team of people to work with. Everyone is nice and willing to help. If you put in the work, you will get properly rewarded.

Cons

Fast paced environment. If you cannot handle the pace, you will not enjoy working here.

"Great Experience"Sep 27, 2019

Former Intern - Project Engineer Intern

I worked at S. M. Wilson for less than a year

Pros

Interns are given a lot of responsibility, but also a lot of support from their project teams. I was able to be exposed to all facets of the industry and gained an immense amount of experience in... such a short time frame.

Cons

Nothing really. May have been nice to have a few more intern events spread throughout summer instead of just beginning and end to get to know other interns.

Advice to Management

Only thing I could say is to expand your talent reach and try to target more people with engineering backgrounds to tackle problems more creatively and efficiently.
